A welcome message from our Programme Director
France - the ultimate benchmark for
food, wine and tourism
Ready to make an impact on social, environmental and economic issues and be the changemakers of tomorrow in the wine tourism and gastronomy industries?
Come study in the heart of the world's most famous food and wine industry in the number one destination for international tourists.
Let’s be honest: the tourism sector was badly hit by the pandemic. Meanwhile, no industry is immune to the challenges of global warming, scarcity of resources, and digital disruption. We believe that sustainability is the solution for the food and wine industry and the travel industry to return to growth and rebuild in a more socially responsible, future-focused fashion.

In this program, you will learn about the concepts of permaculture, sustainable mobility, inter-modality, sustainable accommodation and different sustainable practices applied to both sectors: wine tourism and gastronomy.
