Tourism is all about places, landscapes and experiences. In order to put your theoretical knowledge to the test, you will embark on study trips in France and abroad, exploring different aspects of the wine tourism and gastronomy industries. For instance, the 2022/23 cohort of students will discover Lyon, Centre Loire, Occitany and Catalonia.
A one-week hackathon
You will have the opportunity to work on the wine tourism strategy of a wine appellation. To carry out this project, you will be sent on-site to discover the characteristics of the area and to work in close collaboration with local tourism and wine industry players.
The School of Wine & Spirits Business provides excellent facilities - the first of its kind in the world fully dedicated to training and research in wine and spirits management.

International applicants should have a non-French Bachelor’s degree in any field (3 or 4 years) or 240 ECTS.
Language
Tuition fees for the Master of Science Sustainable Wine Tourism & Gastronomy are €14,000. This rate is guaranteed throughout your course and is all-inclusive covering tuition, academic support, campus facilities, conferences and field trips.
